NASDAQ: ECDA) (“ECD” or the “Company”), the world’s largest Land Rover and Jaguar restoration company known for its bespoke Defenders, Range Rovers, Jaguar E-Types, Ford Mustangs and other luxury restomod vehicles, today announced that it intends to file a Form 25 Notification of Removal from Listing with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (the “SEC”) to complete the delisting of its common stock from The Nasdaq Stock Market LLC (“Nasdaq”).
